Featuring a design similar to Schmidt-Cassegrains, the Sky-Watcher SkyMax 127 AZ-Go2 WiFi Maksutov-Cassegrain Telescope provides great contrast and image sharpness for observation of double-stars, the Moon surface detail and bright planets. A high-resolution, long focal length optical system is multi-coated, helping to maximise contrast and image sharpness for enjoyable .
SkyMax 127 is designed to be controlled wirelessly with your Smartphone or Tablet, using the free SynScan App for iOS or Android. A built-in WiFi module in the mount creates it’s very own Wi-Fi network, allowing it be used anywhere, without any reliance on other WiFi or mobile networks.
After entering your coordinates into the SynScan App and following a simple alignment procedure, you can explore the universe from the App’s touchscreen menu.
The SkyMax 127 AZ-Go2 and SynScan App provide fully computerised Go-To control, allowing the telescope to be automatically slewed to any of the App’s extensive database of 10,000+ celestial objects.
