The next generation DJI RS 4 Gimbal Stabiliser introduces upgrades, which enable solo creators to tell gripping visual stories with a professional-level . It benefits from improved native vertical shooting, enhanced efficiency, improved stabilisation performance, and an upgraded accessory ecosystem, designed to elevate the storytelling experience.

All three axes feature a Teflon™ coating for reduced friction and smoother balancing. Automated axis locks have been added, which allow the RS 4 from  to enter and exit sleep modes more efficiently. A newly designed horizontal plate also contributes to a more seamless shooting experience, with easier switching to vertical shooting, without the need for accessories.

DJI’s new auto-lock feature on the OLED touchscreen prevents accidental touches and helps to conserve battery power, while the lightweight stabiliser is still capable of supporting up to 3kg payloads, catering to the most popular mirrorless camera and lens combinations.

Balance space is extended by 8.5mm compared to the previous generation, with greater tilt axis in order to more easily mount  and other creative filmmaking accessories.
